With all the choices for our time and energy these days keep what's most important to you in the forefront and make decisions from the clarity of this place. I find it helps to breathe and go slow and allow the spaciousness to emerge even in the bustle. My refresh go tos are getting outside, saying "no" to some things, moving my body, smelling my fav essential oil, cup of tea and a hearty laugh - thank goodness for laughing yoga, my kids and the fun-loving people in my life.
