The Reignite Your Feminine Fire coaching and mentoring program is transformational and somatic/body based.

These are deeper dive offerings for women who are ready to be in their lives in their wholeness and feminine fire as a foundation for creating a life that is theirs. This individual and group program fosters a deep, empowered reconnection to our sensual, sexual, creative essential self which I have found in my work with women for over 20 years to be the secret saucel to true well-being, health and thriving.

Women who benefit from these programs are smart, heart-centred and successful in many areas of their life but feel like they are having a hard time gaining traction/creating lasting change in an area that is deeply important to them. They feel like they are just going through the motions in their lives and are ready to reignite and feel alive and happy and on purpose again.
