‘Soreness Relief’ is replacing Tylenol/Ibuprofen as a go to for aches and pains(sending a bottle with my girl who is off to uni✔️)

A friend called yesterday to tell me she'd been using Soreness Relief after a stretch of several big hikes over 10 days, and it reminded me how overdue this product is. For so many people, Tylenol, Advil, or Ibuprofen are the automatic go-to for aches and pains. They certainly can have their place, but they're not without cost.
Soreness Relief is offering another option and people are loving it! It has been studied across five categories of pain, with very encouraging results for things that many people go to Tylenol/Ibuprofen for like muscle soreness, joint discomfort, headaches, and PMS. I love that it comes in a small size (around $20) that's easy to tuck into (as my friend shared) a golf bag, backpack, travel kit, or home first aid drawer.
It's definitely coming with me on the Camino Soulventure next May. My hope is that none of us need it, we'll be training well and taking good care of ourselves but it'll be excellent as part of our group first aid kit.
The other thing I never want to be without in the summer is a good electrolyte. Metagenics' individual electrolyte thin sachets are perfect for tossing into a backpack, lake bag, purse, or carry-on.
