What is tuning fork therapy?
Tuning forks use gentle vibration to support your body’s natural ability to regulate and come back into balance.
During your session, different frequencies are applied to specific points on the body (similar to acupuncture points) and around the body to support:

energy flow and vitality

Integration (the “cocoon”)
At the end of your session, forks are moved gently around your body to help everything settle and integrate.
